Simply add the license plate and state or (new!) "country code" of the idividual you wish to leave a message with. Click on (tag this plate) and enter a comment and photo (if you have one). Search for a plate by entering the state and plate number and click on (search for plate).

We keep a certain number of plates on the site until they are indexed by several search engines. Visit any search engine and enter a license plate that is seen on our site - and chances are you'll find the plate with comments for the world to see.
